Wasn’t too hard to put together. Team was quick to send over the assembly video. Taken it out for the first time today and had an absolute ball. What a great product😁😁😁

Putting them together wasn't very hard but I have experience with bike mechanics as a child, my Wife took to riding it with ease and myself I unlocked mine for a try and couldn't stop laughing they are so much fun.

So far so good. The biggest problem is the lack of an effective assembly manual, or operations manual. The current instructions are abysmal....

I have to say this is one of the best e-bikes i have ever have rode it is a very smooth ride and has an amazing battery the only thing i have to say is that is was pretty hard for me to take off the old grip to put the throttle on and the instructions could be a lot more clear but other than that this e-bike is amazing 10/10 i would highly recommend

I am completely satisfied with my new bike. It's the best value for money bike out there. At first I had a problem with the delivery. But I got a phone call from the manufacturer. The owner. He was so helpful. We got it sorted out quickly. Got the bike within 5 days of ordering. The bike is awesome. The thing has got the lot. Comes with all the extras, just thrown in. Arrived fast, easy to put together, and the range is ridiculous. Fat tyres handle sand and gravel no worries. Would buy again. 10/10 Recommended to friends

Got this over the single battery model and glad I did. The extra range completely changes how you ride. Don't think about it. Great bike.

Solid build and the dual battery setup is seamlessly integrated. Took it on a full day ride and still had battery left. Very happy.

Done a couple of 80km+ rides and barely made a dent in the second battery. If you do longer rides, get this one. Absolutely worth it.
