Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time & Rates

We offer flat shipping across major Australian cities. Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Areas: 3-5 business days
  • Regional Areas: 5-10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-14 business days

 

Please note: Shipping times for accessories (spare batteries, spare chargers, spare racks, tubes etc.) may take up to approximately 14 business days to arrive due to needing to be shipped from overseas.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using Team Global Express, TOLL or Allied Express, depending on the delivery location.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
