Refund policy

At Coastline Ebikes, we aim to provide high-quality electric bikes and outstanding customer service. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The bike is unused, in original condition and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals and components are included
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Funds are returned to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Coastline Ebikes

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products (unless faulty on arrival)
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items returned after 14 days

Warranty

All Coastline Ebikes come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
